The CRA diffuser is an adjustable supply air pattern diffuser with excellent diffusion efficiency and flexibility, an architecturally appealing style, and superior ceiling effect when compared to standard round ceiling diffusers.
All of the diffusers in the CRA range have three cones to maintain a uniformity of appearance. In its standard form, the diffuser is manually adjustable, allowing the supply air pattern to change between horizontal (for cooling) and vertical (for heating) throws. The adjustment is made by turning the small centre cone to provide horizontal throw in the down position and vertical throw in the up position.
The radial supply air pattern and slim flange of the CRA diffuser achieves a better ceiling effect than standard round ceiling diffusers, making this diffuser suitable for variable air volume applications. Even with no ceiling present, the radial supply air pattern delivers air horizontally, ideal for use with exposed duct systems.
