Founded in 1953 by Noel & Betty Holyoake, Holyoake Industries was a diverse and dynamic operation encompassing manufacturing, sales, and support in the air distribution space
as well as commercial property, forestry, marine service, and parts supplier
.In 2021, Holyoake became a part of the Price Group of Companies. Price Industries is a privately held family company headquartered in Winnipeg, Canada. Established in 1949, Price’s journey from sales office to a North American market leader reflects closely the timeline of Holyoake’s establishment and growth in New Zealand and Australia. The two companies are also joined in core values – business integrity, first-class service, innovation, and a commitment to people. This similarity has allowed both Holyoake and Price to thrive, learning from the knowledge and experience of one another to elevate our quality, service, and innovation in markets around the globe.
Our Facilities
Holyoake operates manufacturing facilities in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide with a sales office located in Perth. This diverse group continues to grow reflecting the founders’ policy to be the best people to do business within whatever service the company provides. We also have access to Price manufacturing facilities and lab-testing spaces in Winnipeg, Canada and across the southern United States.
